Tom McCann has overall responsibility for the match-day experience of all 60,000 fans that visit Emirates Stadium to watch Arsenal Football Club. Tom leads the sales, service and operations of 8,000 premium seats, 129 executive boxes, the newly created Avenell Club, the exclusive Diamond Club, and all non-matchday meetings and events. In total, Tom is responsible for approximately $60m of annual revenue, delivered by a team of 35 full-time staff and has recently delivered a major stadium development project.
Prior to moving to Arsenal in July 2015, Tom spent three years in Rio de Janeiro, establishing the stadium hospitality business for IMX, a Brazilian joint-venture company formed between IMG and EBX. Tom had overall responsibility for all areas of project development, including the long-term commercialisation of three 2014 FIFA World Cup stadia: Maracana (Rio de Janeiro), Arena Pernambuco (Recife) and Beira-Rio (Porto Alegre).
Previously, Tom worked at Wembley Stadium for the IMG Stadium Division, helping to deliver over $1bn of contracted sales for Club Wembley, the most successful sports hospitality project in the world.
