Rucelle Soutar is the Chief Financial Officer of the Scottish Football Association.
The Scottish FA governs Scottish football but also owns and operates Hampden Park Stadium which is the home ground of the Scottish National Teams. Hampden Park Stadium also hosts sell-out concerts over the summer months as well as conference and events.
Prior to that Rucelle was Chief Operating Officer at The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo – a showcase of music, dance and military precision performed every year on the esplanade of Edinburgh Castle. Rucelle was appointed recently as a Non-Executive Director of the Tattoo, is a Trustee of the National Galleries of Scotland and has a keen interest in sports, arts and culture.
