Rob Paddon is Fulham FC’s Venue Sales Director. Since joining the Club in 2016, Rob has delivered record revenues and overseen the transformation of multiple hospitality spaces, ranging from the stadium's iconic Cottage to Seasons Wine Lounge and the Gin Bar. The success of these new experiences was recognised at last year's Football Business Awards, where Fulham FC won the award for "Best Football Club Hospitality”.
The Club are currently redeveloping their iconic Craven Cottage stadium, creating a world-class facility for fans and visitors to enjoy all year round; “Fulham Pier”. Bringing to life for the first time the section of the River Thames that the Club call home. Fulham Pier will incorporate contemporary designs, state-of-the-art concourses and innovative new experiences to create a reinvented, reimagined and vibrant new destination.
Before joining Fulham FC, Rob delivered an enhanced debenture proposition at Twickenham Stadium, the home of English Rugby. Encompassing 15,000 premium seats and driving revenues in excess of £50m, the new proposition saw the introduction of a host of new matchday experiences in the newly developed East Stand. Prior to Twickenham, Rob also held commercial positions at both Arsenal FC and Southampton FC.
