Nicholas Brice is the CEO of Soul Corporations® and Artistic Director of the long-running sell-out Edinburgh institution, The Big Bite-Size Breakfast Show™.

Nicholas is a seasoned keynote speaker, performance culture consultant and theatre maker who has helped develop sustained high performance customer experience cultures with organisations such as British Airways, American Express, Unipart, Toyota, Sun International-Atlantis, Brighton’s new Amex Stadium and Tottenham Hotspur’s new stadium at White Hart Lane.

Educated in Psychology, he has developed and assembled a wide array of tools and methods to help venues create and sustain high brand performance through their customer and employee experiences.

His work has won National Training Journal Gold Awards for Leadership Development, Change Management and Learning Partner with Brighton and Engage Business Media’s Award for Best Customer and Employee Engagement Award with Tottenham Hotspur FC.
