Danny joined Manchester City as a Sales Executive in 1999, weeks after the club’s promotion to the first division of The Football League.
During his time with Manchester City, Danny has held several roles, all within the commercial and operations areas of the organisation.
In early 2009, he was appointed to the newly created role of Head of Supporter Experience. Primarily responsible for the ticket sales and customer service functions, he was also tasked with developing deeper relationships with supporters and ensuring that the organisation at large was focused on the delivery of premium experiences for all supporters.
In October 2010, in the role Head of Sales & Service, Danny took on the additional responsibility for hospitality and non-matchday event sales and in 2013 he was promoted to Director of Sales, Service & Operations, further expanding his role to incorporate all aspects of matchday operations.
Danny took on responsibility for Manchester City marketing and events in February 2015 in the position of Director of Stadium Sales & Operations.
Danny’s current role is Managing Director, Manchester City Operations.
