Neil has an insatiable passion for large Stadiums and Arenas, specifically focused on commercialisation, but also in creating memorable experiences and ensuring the operational delivery being of the very highest standards.
Within sport, Neil has previously worked in the world of professional ice-hockey where he was General Manager of a UK franchise before making the move to Premier League football, where he spent over 5 years with Manchester City FC, leading a large Department and delivering on revenues across Hospitality, Group Ticketing, Stadium Tours and Concerts.
Just over a year ago, Neil made the move from Manchester City to the team he has supported since childhood - Everton FC - where he has taken on the role of Director of Venue. Neil’s remit covers all matchday and non-matchday revenue streams, shaping its go to strategy and overall delivery, with the principal focus being to ensure the new Everton Stadium is a true 365 sports and entertainment destination, that delivers the best fan and guest experience to all.
